Our new burger offerings will completely redefine your
notions of what a burger is and will demonstrate what it
can be!
We are proud and excited to present you with a menu that
has been in the works for several years. Over the last 20
years our customers have grown with us as our menus have
evolved. It is our philosophy to provide our guests not
just with a few options, but a mind-blowing array of
options! You’ve seen our beverage menus grow and change
and now our food menu has done the same!
While searching for delicious additions to our repertoire
we spent a lot of time focusing on quality. Finding the
best burger, the best fish patty, the perfect breads and
the best sides to accompany these was paramount. Once we
amassed our ingredients we went to the drawing board!
You’ll find dishes on this menu that are composed of
non-traditional pairings. Foie gras placed on top
of an Angus burger. A delicate shrimp cake
atop a Wahoo fish patty. A fried egg
resting nicely on a bed of sweet potato tater tots
and ground sausage. When is the last time your
burger was on a croissant bun or a 9-grain
sprouted roll? Never, right? Now is your chance!
We found a terrific Wahoo patty. Wahoo is
known as “Ono” in Hawaii. It is one of the fastest
swimming fish in the ocean! It’s firm texture and
spirited flavor make it a perfect candidate for grilling
as a burger or sandwich.
American Kobe has remained a focus for us--- it’s
proven to be one of your favorites and one of our better
selling items in the past. American Kobe refers
to cuts of beef from Japanese Wagyu cattle that
are crossbred with American Black Angus
cattle. It is generally considered to be a delicacy
renowned for its flavor, tenderness and well marbled
texture. It is the Dom Perignon of varietal beef!
We are most excited to bring Pat La Frieda’s Angus
Short Rib Burgers to you! Pat La Frieda is
legendary! Any New York carnivore will tell you that his
company supplies hands-down the best meat products to
discriminating meat lovers and many of New York’s best
restaurants. These are unlike any burger out there------
a simply must try!
Our new items are not only about burgers. We added shrimp
cake sliders, new flatbreads and nachos
that are generously topped with barbecue and salami,
and the enormously popular and often requested fish
taco plates! Sweet potato tater tots are a
full time item now and we’ve made other subtle changes to
some of your other favorite full time items.
This new menu will begin on Monday, April 23rd at
all three stores! Make sure that you take a to go menu
home with you on your next visit!
