Place all ingredients (except milk) in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse to mix.... just enough to moisten ingredients. Do not overmix. * Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop batter from a tablespoon onto the sheet. Brush the tops of the biscuits with milk. * Bake for 12-15 mins or until biscuits are golden brown on top. Serve with brunch dishes such as omelets. Pabst strategy targets regional breweries such as Genessee Corp, Minnesota Brewing Co, and Pittsburgh Brewing Co. * Coors Brewing Co has announced plans to invest $40 million in premium barley grown in regional farms in Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana. The special strains of high-altitude barley are grown under strict guidelines set up by Coors, the only major brewer to contract 100% of its malting barley. Coors only uses two-row barley in its brands. * According to the Beverage Marketing Corp the top producing US beer companies for 1998 are as follows: (ranked in order of production) 1. That afternoon a 22-foot high vat of strong ale burst, releasing the equivalent of 4,000 barrels of beer. Rupturing additional holding vessels, the flood of ale hit the slum dwellings surrounding the brewhouse like a tidal wave.
