It has a complex malt character. They use barley, wheat, rye and oats. They "dry hop" the beer by adding whole hop flowers for a spicy hop taste and aroma. The alcohol with the malt and hops gives it a pleasing warm sensation. This beer is naturally carbonated like all Dogwood ales.
