What's Going On In The World of Beer?

August 8th
Stoudt's Microfest featuring 25 microbreweries and over 50 beers at
Stoudt's Brewery, Adamstown, PA  7170484-4385
(Those of you who were at our last beer dinner met Carol Stoudt and
witnessed her handprints become part of our wall of fame!)

Independence Brewing Company announced that they have signed a letter of
intent with Pittsburgh Brewing Company.  Pittsburgh Brewing Co. has been
brewing since 1861 and produces 13 different beers, including the well
known Iron City.  Independence Brewing Co. has been around since 1994 and
brews several handcrafted ales and lagers.
