Noted for its golden color and mellow, delicate flavor, Kolsch is a style of beer originating in the German city of Koln.  H.C. Berger uses pure Colorado Mountain Water to brew this soft ale, which bears a slightly fruity palate and a dry, hoppy finish.  Kolsch goes splendidly with grilled whitefish, salmon, or delicate Thai or Vietnamese inspired foods.
