We have several more Summer Brews available at Taco Mac . . . . .

Grolsch Summerblond:
This is  a top fermented beer brewed with hot Atlanta summers in mind!

Special yeast was selected by the Master Brewers to give the beer a fresh character.  The low-colored, pure barley malts used result in a clear beer with no malty taste.  Because of the special hops used no bitterness will be detected.
Ingredients:  Water, malted barley, hops and lemon peel
Barley used:  Two-row spring barley
Hops used:  Extract and pellets of Hallertauer Perle Hops
Alchohol Content:  4.5%
Gravity:  10.8 Plato

Red Brick Summer Brew:
A clean crisp ale that finishes slightly dry and quite complex.  This beer is dry hopped with ahtanum which yields a large, yet delicate floral aroma.
Brewmaster's comments: "Perfect warm weather accompaniment to outdoor cooking.  Try with grilled sea scallops, herbed chicken sausage or kabobs".

Barley Used:  2-row pale, Munich
Hops Used:  Centennial, Ahtanum
Yeast Used:  Ale (wyeast #56)
Adjuncts:  Flaked rye
Water Profile:  medium-hard
Date first brewed:  March '98
Alchohol by volume:  4.2%
Gravity: 10.5 Plato
